A blend of Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage techniques, focused on problem areas or as full-body routine. It helps with mobility, tension and recovery. It suits training aches and desk-related tension as much as it does athletes, so whether you've been running alone the seafront, cycling around the Vale or hunched over a laptop all week, we can work on the areas that need it most.
Soft cupping
A gentler cupping technique that releases tight tissue and boosts circulation, with very little marking, if any.
Facial release and glow massage

Qualifications
I've been a massage therapist for over 10 years and I'm a level 3 qualified sports massage therapist. My qualifications are recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the largest professional association for complementary, holistic and sports massage therapists, so you can book with confidence.
Booking
Appointments are available Monday to Friday with some weekend availability, 8am-8pm, so I can fit around work and training. Sports massage from £60 for 55 minutes.
